CONCERNING PRESENTATIONS:
- Each participant (except for panel) has a time slot of 30 minutes available (20 minutes for the presentation, and 10 minutes for discussion).
- Participants are free to present with or without a slideshow, or read the paper.
- A projector, screen, and computer (with PowerPoint) is available in every conference room
- Please bring your presentation on a USB-stick, and save it on the computer before your session.
- If you want to use online content during presentation, we strongly advise to download it and store locally before the presentation.
- If you want to use your own laptop, be sure to bring the right converter plug for the projector.
- Electricity outlets in Europe differ from those in the US and Canada; make sure you have the correct adapter or converter plug with you.
